Cancellation Policy
Clients are required to provide at least 12 hours’ notice if they are unable to attend their scheduled appointment. Failure to provide notice or not showing up will result in a 50% charge of the scheduled service total.
If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, a $10 late fee will be applied. For appointments scheduled for 30 minutes, arriving more than 10 minutes late may require rescheduling to ensure adequate service time.
